2020 Winter Fashion Trends you can take inspiration from, for the home or out

Holiday season has taken on a whole new meaning this year, and even though we can’t go out and party, a cozy gathering with close friends and family is perfect to end this very (very) long year on a happy note. 2020 may not have been the year everyone wanted, but in some ways, it has been the year some of us needed, so why not bid it goodbye in style!

Below are 10 looks to inspire you to dress up, party and get some Instagram-able pictures!

Jumpsuits 2020 Winter Fashion Trends

Who doesn’t love jumpsuits? I mean they’re a whole outfit without the hassle! We’ve seen some fantastic jumpsuits this season, and glamming yourself up in one for the holidays is the perfect fuss free way of putting together an outfit.

Emily Ratajkowski looks like a gem in this emerald hued jumpsuit:

This terracotta color is bound to stand out and the puffed sleeves are the perfect statement sleeves!

Sweater Dresses 2020 Winter Fashion Trends

Want to feel cozy yet uber-fashionable? Just throw on a sweater dress, thigh high boots and your model-off-duty look is complete! Take a cue from Gigi Hadid and get yourself a sweater dress this season. Check out this super cute sweater dress from Stradivarius! This hue is perfect for the holiday season!

Anything Sequined

Do we really need another reason to wear sequins? Nope! Just throw on anything with sequins and dance the night away!

We will definitely never look as good as Jennifer Aniston in this beautiful black sequined dress, but one can dream right?

We could live in this sequined dress from H&M for the holidays honestly!

Slip Dresses

Slip dresses are so versatile and super chic and a metallic hue like this one on Rihanna would be so festive! Pair it with some cute sandals and you’re ready

This super romantic rose print slip dress will be lovely for a cozy holiday dinner date

Classic White

White is such a classic for the holidays, a sleek white dress with some statement crystal or pearl jewelry is classy and clean

This structured square neck white dress is beautiful on Hailey Bieber, and she’s kept it classy with crystal earrings and bold red lip.

The puffed sheer sleeves on this dress are so gorgeous:

Suit Up in Pink

Though pink dominated much of the spring summer runaways for 2020, hot pink suits have been popping up all over our Instagram feed on celebrities such as Sophia bush, Kerry Washington and Zoe Saldana. So why not this holiday season, don the brightest pink suit and feel powerful!

This hot pink blazer has got us feeling some kind of way:

Black Beauty

I mean, do we really even need to say it? If you’re a no fuss kinda gal, then a black velvet dress with a bold lip is definitely your holiday style.

This orange lip pairs beautifully with Kendall’s black velvet gown. The flower detailing at the hem is a welcome surprise.

This black printed velvet dress is super fun and eye catching and you can play around with some fun makeup looks to go with it!

Leather Weather

Faux leather pants have been all the rage this winter, and you have endless possibilities of wearing them. Pair them with an animal print overcoat for a fierce look, or a sleek back blouse for more a subtle yet glamorous look.

We love how Alexa Chung has styled hers with a red blouse for a pop of color!

These flared leather pants can be styled in so many different ways!

Fringe Fiesta

Fringe is having a comeback this season and it’s the perfect statement to wear over the holidays. 2020 has been about trying new things, so if you hadn’t jumped on the fringe bandwagon yet then this is your chance!

This cute little gold number looks amazing on Victoria justice:

This Zara shimmery fringe dress is everything you need to party!

Knitted Co-Ords

Last but not least, we know that sometimes you’re just not in the mood to dress up even for the holidays, so a knitted coord is just what you need to cozy up, watch a few movies and eat your heart out! It’s comfortable and stylish and will keep you warm and fuzzy. Hailey looks so chic and cozy in this neutral knitted set:
